The subsequent general terms and conditions (“General Terms and Conditions”) apply to all requests for offers to, offers and sales from, and all agreements with, Siam Luxe Co., Ltd. (“Siam Luxe” or “the Company”, collectively with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, “Siam Adventique”, “Experiential Wellness” and “Tonglok“).

Conflict of Terms
In the event that there is any conflict or inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms and Conditions” or “GTC”) and the special Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions of Sale” or “TCS”), which the latter shall be stated explicitly on the quotations and/or the invoices, the conflict shall be resolved in favor of those specific TCS on the invoice, those specific TCS on the quotation, and then the GTC respectively.
All rates are quoted in US dollars unless specifically stated otherwise. They are inclusive of service charge, local and government taxes and non-commissionable. All rates offered are subject to change after the agreement has expired. Siam Luxe reserves the rights to change pricing in the event of a typographical error or an unusual fluctuation of the foreign exchange rate between USD and THB.
Siam Luxe accepts payments by bank transfer (SWIFT) in US Dollars and worldwide VISA, Mastercard, and JCB credit cards in Thai Baht. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bank fees, credit card usage fee of up to 4%, and other transaction fees will be our clients’ responsibility.
All bookings are confirmed after Siam Luxe receives the full amount of the booking deposit. All remaining balance after the deposit shall be settled prior to the invoice due date, which must be prior to the start of the program. In the event of payment default on the prepayment schedule, Siam Luxe reserves all rights to cancel the bookings. Only full pre-payment can guarantee the reservations.
All change requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Siam Luxe will endeavor to fulfil all requests of changes from our clients as long as they are still possible, but it’s in no way a guarantee, and Siam Luxe will not be responsible for the extra cost.
All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. For any cancellation made more than 45 days prior to arrival, our clients will receive a full refund less the actual administrative fee. Cancellations made between 30 to 45 days prior to arrival will receive a partial refund of 80% less the actual administrative fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be non-refundable. In addition, special cancellation conditions may apply to accommodations, airline fares, and some types of transportation. The amount of the booking deposit usually reflects Siam Luxe’s non refundable expenses paying out in advance to those independent suppliers; thus, the deposits in many cases are non refundable; Siam Luxe shall not be held liable or responsible if those services are not changeable or cancellable.
The rates contained in the agreement are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. To protect this confidentiality for all business partners, Siam Luxe will not disclose the rates to guests and will invoice the tour operator or travel agency directly.
Force Majeure and Disputes Rates
Siam Luxe shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occurred by or through or in consequence of war, strikes, riots and Acts of God or conditions beyond our control. It is expressly agreed and declared that the proper law of the Agreement is the Law of Thailand and that any disputes, action or other matters arising there under shall be determined in a court of Law in Thailand in accordance with the laws and procedures of Thailand and under any and all circumstances.
