Travel Itinerary

Arrival in Phnom Penh

Our staff will warmly pick you up at Phnom Penh airport and take you to check-in at the hotel.

Our first destination will be the National Museum of Cambodia. Its buildings are influenced by the traditional Khmer architecture and feature a number of the finest Khmer sculptures and displays. Trace the authentic Cambodian history at the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, which are very well-known for its gleaming silver floor. Also, our group will enjoy a visit at Wat Phnom, the only temple in Phnom Penh located on the small hill before going back to the hotel.

Dark History – Travel to Siem Reap by Public Bus

After breakfast and checkout, we will take you around Phnom Penh to understand more about the tragic history of the Khmer Rouge regime. Our first visit will be at Choeung Ek Memorial, where the museum will display more than 5,000 human skulls of the Khmer Rouge victims. Then we head to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, which displays more than 6,000 prisoners’ photographs and their confession files.

After finishing the trip in Phnom Penh, it takes you around 6 hours to go to Siem Reap by bus guided by our staff. Enjoy your stay at leisure after you check-in at the hotel in Siem Reap.

Angkor Wat – Angkor Thom

Start your day with tasty breakfast at the hotel and visit the Angkor Thom, the ancient capital city of Khmer empire, where features the Bayon Temple, attracting people by its 54 stone towers carved with smiling faces of Avalokitesvara, the South Gate with 108 large mythological statues lining up along the way to it, the Elephants Terrace, the Royal Enclosure, the Phimeanakas, and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Now, it’s time for the most well-known one: the Angkor Wat. This Hindu-Buddhist temple is the biggest religious place on the planet which covers the area of 400 acres, so it became a World Heritage Site listed by UNESCO. We must completely finish our trip today at the top of Pre Rup Temple to relax and appreciate the astonishing view of sunset before returning to our hotel at night.

Banteay Srei – Ta Prohm Temple

Start your lively morning with a flavorful meal. Head to Banteay Srei or the lady temple, and Banteay Samre which is one of the most interesting proportioned temples.

Then, it’s time to travel to Prasat Kravan, a Hindu temple with 5 brick towers, Srah Srang that is an ancient reservoir once used for royal bathing, and Banteay Kdei, a temple with several complex passages and chambers.

Head to one of the famous Khmer highlights, Ta Prohm or Tomb Raider Temple, then Neak Pean, a tiny temple located in the center of a pond, and Preah Khan which is one of the temples in Angkor Archaeological Park.

Tonle Sap, the Fresh-Water Lake – Departure
